The production process

A. materials -- raw materials are the basis of excellent design, and can also be the most intuitive reflection of a wing. Our materials use IYUHPE161150X300 and 4068 ripstop 40D, which is the most widely used surf sewing fabric. The flat embryo cloth has excellent strength, and two different stripes can produce different visual effects.

B. utting is used in the whole cutting process, not only darcon, but also various small parts.  making the wing very symmetrical, which is very rare, which can ensure that every positioning can be guaranteed in further sewing.
